Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and report performance across engagement metrics, sentiment analysis, and brand visibility.
  • Utilize research and social listening tools to identify relevant trends and conversations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in community management, social media, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing online communities.
