Strategic Asset Management Specialist

The Strategic Asset Management Professional plays a crucial role within the Property Services Directorate, accountable to the Portfolio Planning Manager for the ongoing management of the Strategic Asset Management Framework (SAMF).
- Develop and implement effective strategies for operationalising, reviewing and updating the SA Housing Trust's Strategic Asset Management Framework (SAMF), reporting on strategic performance and contributing to improved asset performance.
- Optimise the use of current asset data and develop innovative approaches for collecting, analysing and applying asset data to drive business outcomes.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners about the SAMF, aligning activities across the organisation with the framework and contributing to related strategies, business plans, policies, procedures and guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in asset management, business administration, real estate, land economics or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a National Police Clearance prior to employment.
- Intrastate travel may be required, subject to organisational needs.
- Subject to organisational changes, some staff supervision and/or line management may be required.
