Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead Deal Technology services on transactions of all sizes. This role will involve supporting and delivering high-quality results in a hybrid position based in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in at least two of the following domains: Mergers and acquisitions, Technology, and Consulting / advisory services. They should also have demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, and is proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for analysing and evaluating key IT risks and considerations that impact deal value for buy-side clients. You will also be required to develop and present key deliverables to clients, as well as support business development activities.

You will work closely with the broader EY-Parthenon division and other teams within EY to bring the best of EY to solve client challenges throughout the transaction lifecycle.
