Job Overview

We seek a skilled professional to lead financial due diligence and advisory projects. In this role, you will provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to clients across various industries.

As the leader of these projects, you will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analyses, identifying key value drivers, and providing strategic recommendations to clients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients understand businesses and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical and commercial insights, producing high-quality financial due diligence deliverables/reports and on-the-job support on transactions.
  • Conduct financial analysis on buy side and sell side due diligence engagements.
  • Identify key value drivers, understanding businesses and providing financial insights to build confidence for clients and help them reach their deal objectives.
Requirements
  • A team player with a positive attitude to challenges, working under pressure across multiple engagements.
  • Background in transaction services, assurance services, corporate finance, or valuations.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and emerging technologies in financial analysis.
  • Able to analyze complex financial information and communicate findings clearly to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Utilize commercial and business acumen to understand market trends, assess business opportunities, and provide strategic insights that enhance client value.
  • Act with integrity and care for people worked with.
  • Demonstrate an ability to develop lasting internal and client relationships.
  • Professional accounting qualifications and/or degree in commerce/finance, CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar.
