Director, Strategic Transactions

This is a pivotal leadership role that oversees the development and implementation of strategic transactions. The Director will be responsible for setting the overall direction and priorities for the team, aligning with the expectations of senior executives and government stakeholders.
About YouTo excel in this role, you will need to possess exceptional analytical skills, including a strong understanding of economics, finance, and commercial fields. Your ability to provide creative and solution-oriented advice at a strategic level will be invaluable.
- Proven track record of taking policy development through to implementation and delivering projects using commercial or quasi-commercial processes.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage strategically with senior stakeholders both inside and outside of government.
Extensive experience at a senior level in government, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the workings of government. Post-graduate qualifications in public policy, public administration, commerce, or law would be advantageous.
