About the Role

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our Lifestyles division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relations: Conduct meetings to understand and address client needs, develop customised CPA service packages, and manage the intake and funding processes.
  • Business Development: Engage with potential clients and help shape and evolve our programs and services to align with their needs.
  • Relationship Building & Networking: Build relationships with community organisations and referral sources to enhance our reach and better serve our clients' needs.

About You

  • Disability, Care sector or Lived Experience is highly regarded.
  • Experience in client/customer engagement and focus on client/customer satisfaction.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and client-centred approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
