Construction Site Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to lead our team of workers on various projects. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of projects, ensuring that schedules are met and quality workmanship is maintained.

About the Position:

  • You will supervise and direct a team of workers, assigning tasks and ensuring they are completed effectively and in line with project plans and specifications.
  • You will provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project requirements, laws, regulations, and safety needs.
  • You will collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure updates and address project requirements.
  • You will train and mentor new workers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • You will enforce safety protocols by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures to mitigate risks.
  • You will conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets established specifications.
  • You will generate accurate and timely reports on work progress, incidents, productivity, and other relevant information.

Requirements:

  • Ideal 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of stability and reliability.
  • Degree-qualified with strong technical knowledge.
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
