Job Overview

A leading contractor in Sydney is seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee the delivery of new build school projects.

  • Oversight of all on-site construction activities will ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion.
  • Management of subcontractors, trades, and site teams will be key to achieving project milestones.
  • Driving compliance with WHS requirements through regular inspections and corrective actions will be essential.
  • Close coordination with Project Managers, consultants, and stakeholders will be required.
  • Maintenance of high standards of quality control and site presentation will be critical.
  • Built relationships with clients and a smooth handover process will be prioritized.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Construction Project Lead in new build commercial or education projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology, safety, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Trade background or degree in Construction Management is preferred.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard is expected.
