Parkview Constructions is a multi-award-winning company seeking an experienced construction project lead to manage on-site activities in line with the construction program.

This senior site-based role has direct responsibility for managing teams, resources, and site performance. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of construction legislation, regulations, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site operations with a focus on health and safety, ensuring compliance with best practice standards.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor site staff.
  • Plan and control site construction activities for maximum productivity and resource efficiency.
  • Maintain quality assurance and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and environmental requirements.
  • Monitor construction programs, updating progress regularly.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Certificate IV in Building & Construction (minimum).
  • Minimum 6+ years experience in a construction project lead role on high-rise construction projects.
