Construction Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our dynamic construction team.


The Position
  • Liaise with clients and provide regular progress reports to staff and stakeholders
  • Supervise construction personnel and hire subcontractors as required
  • Procure materials for each phase of the project
  • Monitor project costs and ensure timely completion
  • Conduct quality and safety inspections
  • Prepare detailed project reports and designs
  • Maintain quality control checks
  • Motivate the workforce
  • Address day-to-day problems and resolve issues efficiently
  • Use specialist project management software to track progress
  • Work on-site in various weather conditions, at client sites, and in office environments

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Australian working rights
