Lifestyle Assistant
Detailed Overview:We are seeking two Part-Time Lifestyle Assistants to join our Aged Care Community team. This dynamic role involves delivering a diverse range of individual and group activities that enrich the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Clinical Manager and Lifestyle Team Leader to develop and implement person-centred care initiatives that promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for those in our care.
- Deliver care services that cater to diverse resident needs and preferences.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, enthusiasm and creativity to enhance the lives of our residents, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a compassionate approach and empathy for older people and their families, and understanding of the AN-ACC framework.
Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is highly regarded, as well as familiarity with Autumn Care. Required Skills and Qualifications:- Previous experience in a similar role.
