About the Role
  • The Care Specialist provides clinical and patient-centred care within the Community Care Unit, supporting the facilitation and provision of quality nursing services consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.
  • You will actively participate in education, management, and portfolio functions within the unit, working collaboratively with Allied Health and Peer workforce.
  • Utilise data and information to ensure service organisation for safety and capture information measuring standard of service delivery.

  • Competitive salary rates between $41.74 - $53.53 p.h. (p/t) or $51.33 - $65.85 p.h. (casual)
