Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor/Planner

At our organisation, we're a leading provider of cold chain solutions.

  • This is a permanent full-time position with a Tuesday to Saturday roster, starting at 6am and finishing when work is completed.

You'll be responsible for supervising drivers and forklift staff, allocating freight for safety and maximum vehicle utilisation.
Your primary objective will be to coordinate work with customers to provide quality service outcomes, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a transport environment, preferably in logistics operations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Fatigue Management, Mass Management, Quality Assurance, and Chain of Responsibility.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous FMCG logistics experience with refrigerated freight, fresh produce, and palletised freight is highly regarded.

This role requires a basic understanding of warehousing operations and the willingness to obtain Operations Schedulers Certification TLIF0006 prior to start date if successful.
