Job Title: Payments Compliance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payments Compliance professional to join our team at JPMorganChase. As a Payments Compliance & Operational Risk, Vice President, you will play a critical role in managing risk in a complex and changing regulatory environment.

Responsibilities:

* Assess the activities of the Payments business and provide credible challenge in relation to compliance and operational risk
* Provide input on new business strategies, operational processes, risk mitigation, and control effectiveness
* Manage relationships with key regulators and interact with senior key stakeholders
* Involve yourself in the regulatory change processes and significant risk and compliance-related projects
* Manage regulatory exams and respond to regulatory inquiries

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree qualified with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
* Proven ability to collaborate and build effective partnerships
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both orally and in writing, including the ability to operate in a complex organizational structure
* Effective analytical skills and the ability to manage several simultaneous tasks
* A self-motivated fast learner with the ability to work independently
* An effective team player and able to engage people across all corporate hierarchies
* Flexible and adaptable to dynamically changing work processes and environment
* Adaptability to work under time pressure and resiliency to provide stable and consistent performance

Preferred Qualifications:

* It will be an advantage to have worked in a role that has had exposure to payments or banking activities.
