Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Churches of Christ in Queensland. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and interventions.
- Work with a team to develop, implement, and monitor care plans.
- Monitor and document resident health status and progress.
- Educate families about health conditions and medications.
- Provide guidance and support to our care team.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in aged care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- A competitive salary range of $38.97 to $47.76 per hour, plus 25% casual loading and penalty rates.
