About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Aged Care Resumes. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day provision of clinical care in our aged care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality care is delivered to our residents.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality care standards are met.
  • Provide education and training to staff on clinical best practices and new developments in aged care.
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (experience in aged care highly regarded).
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge.
  • Knowledge of all relevant legislation affecting the operation of Aged Care Services.
  • Learning and development experience, including undertaking staff competency assessments.
  • Resourceful, respectful, passionate, and willing to share knowledge and experiences within your team.
