We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Aged Care Resumes. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day provision of clinical care in our aged care facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality care is delivered to our residents.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality care standards are met.
- Provide education and training to staff on clinical best practices and new developments in aged care.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (experience in aged care highly regarded).
- Demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge.
- Knowledge of all relevant legislation affecting the operation of Aged Care Services.
- Learning and development experience, including undertaking staff competency assessments.
