Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Aged Care Resumes. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day provision of clinical care in our aged care facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality care services are delivered to our customers.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Conduct staff competency assessments and provide training and education to ensure staff are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services and make recommendations for improvement.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in aged care highly regarded.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge.
- Knowledge of all relevant legislation affecting the operation of aged care services.
- Learning and development experience, including undertaking staff competency assessments.
