Nurse Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Regis Sunraysia, a leading provider of aged care services in Mildura. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team
- Manage medication administration, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to protocols
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless care, responding to resident needs and concerns
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care in an aged care setting. You will possess:
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognized equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing)
- Flexibility in your availability
- Understanding or ability to learn the attributes of the AN-ACC funding system
- Experience in complex nursing clinical services and/or aged care setting, hospitals, or community care
