Job Description

We are seeking a Presales Consultant to join our Data Quality and Governance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality experiences to customers during the acquisition and onboarding stages of our Data Quality and Governance software and data solutions.

This role involves guiding sales pitches, providing technical expertise, developing value propositions, and serving as a trusted advisor to our customers. You will help our clients maximize the quality of their data and empower them to provide outstanding consumer experiences across websites, apps, and other channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing Data Quality, Data Catalog, and Data Governance solutions that meet clients' needs and clearly articulate projected ROI/business benefits.
  • Performing Proof of Concept or Proof of Value exercises with clients to position the value of our solutions.
  • Acting as an internal liaison between sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure commercial and technical viability of proposed solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Approximately 8 or more years of experience in presales or sales engineering.
  • Excellent questioning and analysis techniques to identify customer needs, design solutions, and track business and technical requirements.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills (workshop, demonstrations, training).
  • Deep understanding of systems, processes, applications, technology, and security.
