Job SummaryWe're seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our team, responsible for the efficient and accurate management of all asset pricing. This role involves analysing, profiling, and identifying irregularities of quote requests, sourcing competitive pricing from the dealer network, and confirming relevant dealer and manufacturer discounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the functional procurement process, including effective communication across internal departments and external suppliers. They will also support the management of product, pricing, and general enquiries, and exhibit the FleetPartners Group Core values.
Key Responsibilities- Manage asset pricing, ensuring procurement of vehicles aligns with company and supplier guidelines, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
- Analyse and identify irregularities in quote requests, sourcing competitive pricing from the dealer network.
- Confirm relevant dealer and manufacturer discounts, working with customers to design fit-out requests and sourcing competitive pricing.
- Meet turnaround times for pricing returns to customers.
- Support the management of product, pricing, and general enquiries.
- Exhibit FleetPartners Group Core values, promoting a positive, professional, and unique image.
- Monitor dealer performance in accordance with FleetPartners Group service level requirements.
- Customer-focused, with strong service mentality.
- Relevant costing, finance, or procurement experience, preferably in the motor vehicle or related industry.
- High concern for detail and desire for accuracy and quality in work completed.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to communicate written and verbally.
- Experience working in a team environment and ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
