The Opportunity

You will be the driving force behind our success, interacting with customers daily to inspire them towards becoming more active, fulfilled, and confident versions of themselves.

No two days are the same in this role, and you'll have opportunities to work with people from all walks of life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving customer engagement through outreach activities\
  • Generating and converting high-quality leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities\
  • Achieving required lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities\
  • Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective customers\
  • Creating great customer journeys through positive and personalized interactions\
  • Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries\
  • Opening and closing the facility according to the roster\
  • Participating actively in customer retention programs, inspiring customers to continue their journey\
  • Conducting regular service calls to new and existing customers to keep them engaged in their journey\
