Senior Business Insights Specialist

As a highly analytical Senior Business Insights Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organisation. You will work closely with senior leaders across the business to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive long-term value.

Your responsibilities will include contributing to the development of long-term corporate strategy execution, identifying and assessing new growth opportunities, and supporting data-led decision-making.

  • Contribute to the development of long-term corporate strategy execution including developing key strategic choices and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Help identify and assess new growth opportunities (e.g. partnerships, M&A, new markets)
  • Support the annual strategic planning and governance cycle including tracking key performance metrics across teams and functions
  • Conduct detailed research and prepare reports on potential opportunities
  • Support the development of both quantitative and qualitative market intelligence, including benchmarking, competitive landscape analysis, modelling, and scenario planning
  • Assist the team to investigate ad-hoc internal and external business opportunities and risks identified in research or raised by Executive and Senior Leaders
  • Develop executive-level presentations and reports that clearly communicate insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver strategic projects that align with business priorities
  • Facilitate workshops to generate insights and align stakeholders

Requirements:
