Client Planning Coordinator

Able Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Planning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and proactive client planning process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate annual NDIS plan reviews to maximise client funding and achieve personal goals
  • Monitor funding outcomes and maintain service agreements to ensure high-quality support
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in Disability, Health, NFP, or related field
  • High-level interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in forming strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and human rights
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, including prioritisation, meeting deadlines, and working autonomously
  • Proficient in Excel and understanding of budgets
  • Sound ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of products
