- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and payments using digital systems
- Maintain reception areas that are tidy, professional, and inviting
- Assist with customer feedback and help resolve issues efficiently
- Support daily operational tasks that ensure our centres run smoothly

- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or front-line environment
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Confidence using POS systems and handling transactions
- A calm, organised, and solutions-focused approach
