This is a casual position providing general support and leave cover for busy hearing clinics.

  • Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients
  • Providing administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Efficiently managing day-to-day operations of clinics, including opening and closing procedures
  • Managing clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing clients correctly and taking payments
  • Learning and competently using software and applications

This role requires prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles. Passion for delivering amazing client experiences and excellent communication skills are essential.
