The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality programs that achieve specific student outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and teach engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Utilize critical reflection to improve knowledge, skills, and student outcomes.
- Maintain effective relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to promote a positive school culture.
- Support and actively promote the Christian-based values and ethos of the college based on the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
- Teach the Australian curriculum in the context of the college's Christian-based ethos.
- Liaise with colleagues to develop and implement high-quality educational programs.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification
- Current VIT registration as a teacher
