Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our Client Services and Delivery team.

This role requires excellent time management skills, a positive attitude, and basic digital project management knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in a similar field and be looking to take the next step in their career.

You will work closely with internal departments and clients to deliver projects on time, ensuring high-quality results across multiple channels and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule tasks and projects in collaboration with Clients and internal teams.
  • Manage day-to-day project delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly outcomes.
  • Work with the internal web team to project manage all web tasks and projects, planning and managing web workflow with our developers.
  • Stakeholder management is crucial as you will liaise directly with Clients on some projects.
  • Support Senior Account Directors and the wider Client Service team with projects across various clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is desirable, alongside:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a creative agency/marketing role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • BASIC understanding of creative and production at the project management level.
  • Ability to manage minor web projects and tasks with confidence (mostly Wordpress development).
  • Proficient use of project management software (we use Click Up).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
