ClearCompany is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our technology strategy and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions. As our Chief Information Technology Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, and vendor relationships.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and document management systems. Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading teams, managing projects, and driving organizational change, are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with our firm's objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software applications.
  • Security Oversight: Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive client data and firm information.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet our firm's needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all IT operations comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to data protection and confidentiality.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and tools, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and document management systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive organizational change.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
