About the Role

We seek an experienced Chief Technology Officer to manage our IT team and drive business forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems to align with our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a management role, leading IT teams and strategies. A strong track record in project management and executing successful change management initiatives is essential. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related fields are also required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems to align with business goals.
  • Ensure optimal IT service delivery to support daily operations and long-term projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in managing complex information systems in both healthcare services and manufacturing environments.
  • Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Drive change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain robust cybersecurity protocols and compliance with healthcare industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a management role, leading IT teams and strategies.
  • Proven ability to organize, control, and develop complex information systems in both service delivery and manufacturing settings.
  • Strong track record in project management and executing successful change management initiatives.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of working with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare business sector is highly desirable.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $200,000 to $300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
