Design Visionary Wanted

We are seeking a talented Design Director to lead our creative team and shape the future of luxury design. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for driving innovative solutions, translating client briefs into elegant proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, represent the brand at international design events, and build influential networks across the design world. You will inspire and mentor a talented creative team, setting the standard for design excellence while fostering innovation and curiosity.

About the Role
  • Lead the creation and evolution of luxury design products, balancing creativity with commercial awareness
  • Translate complex client briefs into elegant, commercially successful solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive exceptional results and deliver high-profile projects
  • Represent the brand at international design events and build influential networks across the design world

Your Background: A degree in visual or product design (or equivalent experience) and extensive senior-level expertise in the luxury sector is required. Proven experience leading, motivating, and developing a creative team is essential.
