Centre Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to helm our brand-new centre in Birtinya. As Centre Director, you will be responsible for fostering a sense of belonging among our team members, embracing individual differences, and creating opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embodiment of our organisational values in daily practice
  • Effective management of day-to-day operations with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Delivery of exceptional customer experiences through warm greetings and high-quality tours and orientations
  • Utilisation of sector knowledge and regulations, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework, to inform decision-making
  • Motivation of the team to achieve best practice through collaboration with our National Learning, Research and Development Partner and the Centres Educational Leader
  • Championing quality education and care by overseeing classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation with support from our NLRDP Partners and Operations Support Manager
  • Nurturing local connections through community engagement and building relationships with families and networks
  • Collaboration with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract talented Educators
