The successful candidate will lead and mentor a tight-knit team of creative graphic designers, collaborate with other directors to ensure on-brief ideation, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead visual discovery meetings to capture the creative brief
  • Present visual brand pitches to clients
  • Manage QC for all visuals

Qualifications:

  • 8 - 10 years minimum experience in a design role
  • Preferred brand design and visual identity focus
  • Agency experience is essential
