Job Title: Leading Hand

This role requires a skilled and experienced individual to lead a team in the efficient handling and coordination of materials within a supply base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely receipting of all incoming goods.
  • Oversee the proper storage, documentation, and movement of materials within the facility.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and support the smooth flow of materials.
  • Provide mentorship to new team members and share knowledge and skills essential to their roles.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • High Risk Work License in Forklift (mandatory).
  • Dogman License (preferred).
  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
