Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing potential sites and existing assets to identify opportunities for development and growth.

You will work closely with senior staff to consider new property opportunities, including existing assets and pre-leasing deals. Your expertise in financial modeling and Excel will be essential in building and modifying bespoke models to support business decisions.

The successful candidate will have experience in portfolio management and fund-level reporting, as well as a strong understanding of the acquisition process, including due diligence activities and report writing.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will assist with the preparation of information memorandums and data room materials for property transactions, and provide data collation and preparation for various internal and external reports.

Key Requirements
  • Real Estate experience, valuation, real estate finance or property development
  • Passion for Real Estate
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and in a flat structure
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in building and reviewing bespoke property development feasibilities
  • Strong property and finance background
  • HQ education degree level or above
