Nursing/Midwifery Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Nursing/Midwifery Unit Manager to join our team at the Women's Outpatient Department. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing/midwifery care to women and their babies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with best practice standards
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless program management
Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to promote service evaluation and improvement
Ensure timely and effective communication with patients and healthcare providers
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse and/or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
Proven experience in nursing/midwifery leadership and management
Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
What We Offer
Competitive salary package: $100,343 - $107,279 per annum + benefits (including living expenses, fitness passport, free public transport, generous leave provisions, professional development opportunities, and support for you and your family)
