Site Engineer | Civil Projects

As a site engineer, you will be part of a high-performing team, collaborating closely with experienced engineers and supervisors. To succeed in this position, you should possess a solid understanding of quality and programming, as well as the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on multidisciplinary civil projects, encompassing rail, road, and water infrastructure initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers and senior engineers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget
  • Maintain strict compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as NSW rail and RMS specifications
  • Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes to guarantee exceptional outcomes
  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives and foster a culture of excellence

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction, with a focus on complex projects and demonstrated expertise
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering projects successfully, on time and within budget
  • Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Adapt quickly to fast-paced environments and evolving project requirements
