Senior Business Director

This is an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned leader to drive business strategy and operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end strategies for Victoria, encompassing vehicle refurbishment, sales, financing, delivery, value-added services, and aftercare.
- Mange a diverse team of 50+ across blue- and white-collar functions, fostering growth and efficiency.
- Oversight of dealer and wholesale ecosystem, establishing and maintaining critical trade relationships.
- Data-driven decision making, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to steer business performance.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years' leadership experience in P&L-heavy roles, preferably in automotive or high-growth businesses.
- A proven track record of scaling and managing multi-function teams and operations.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills to interpret data, build insights, and drive action.
- Ability to lead diverse teams across technical, operational, and commercial functions.
