About North East Link Project

The Spark Consortium has been chosen to deliver the Central Package of North East Link Project, Victoria's largest road project.

The consortium's Design and Construction Contractor will deliver the twin three-lane tunnels and key interchanges for the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of the North East Link Central Package
  • Manage and coordinate the work of the design and construction contractor
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project
  • Build positive relationships with clients, project team, management, suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering large civil projects
  • Excellent awareness of and attitude toward safety
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy on MS systems and Outlook

Certificate III in Civil and Construction or Certificate IV in Civil and Construction (or equivalent) is desirable.
