Inventory Control Manager

This is a critical leadership position within an organization, accountable for overseeing material handling and inventory management processes.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain thorough knowledge of own job site location, as well as an understanding of its impact on other entities in contact.
- Monitor, coordinate, and communicate schedules, shipments, inventory, and late deliveries or stagnate trailers with material.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with teams outside the facility floor to include team leads, supervisors, and managers at respected locations.
- Work with staff members to develop a deeper understanding of business operations and address any arising issues. Attend daily meetings to stay updated on business performance.
- 0-5 years of supervisory or management experience in warehousing, distribution, or transportation environments
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, along with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, ability to multitask
