
Inventory Manager

This role is crucial in ensuring the availability of products to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing supply chain costs. The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining supply plans based on sales forecasts, historical data, and inventory targets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate planning and timely replenishment of products.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment to maintain optimal stock across distribution centers or production sites.
- Generating purchasing requisitions for timely procurement of manufacturing components and purchased finished goods.
- Identifying potential supply constraints and proactively developing mitigation strategies.
- Generating reports and dashboards to track key supply chain metrics (e.g., inventory turnover, service level, forecast accuracy).
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and 2–5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or related supply chain roles.
