Hearing Care Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team at the Brunswick Clinic.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing hearing screening checks, maintaining hearing aids, providing exceptional customer support through face-to-face and phone-based interactions, confirming and scheduling appointments, sourcing external lead generation opportunities, and contributing to the effective operation of our clinics.
About You
If you possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, previous experience in a customer service or retail role, strong computer skills, and own a vehicle and license, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hearing screening checks and maintain hearing aids
- Provide outstanding customer support through face-to-face and phone-based interactions
- Confirm and schedule appointments with customers
- SOURCE External lead generation opportunities
- Contribute to the effective operation of our clinics
