About the Opportunity
As a Logistics Delivery Specialist with our client, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to residential and commercial locations across Townsville. You will be responsible for safely completing deliveries as per your schedule, delivering products to various locations, building and nurturing customer relationships through excellent service and communication, managing your time effectively to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction, and performing regular lifting and manual handling in accordance with safety protocols.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 12+ months of experience in a similar delivery/driver role, a valid Australian MR Driver's License or greater, a positive attitude and high level of presentation, and great physical condition with the ability to perform regular lifting and manual handling tasks. Additionally, you will have professional presentation with great communication skills, strong customer service and relationship building skills, excellent time management and organisational skills, and the capacity to self-manage and adapt to changing demands.
What's in it for You?
As a Logistics Delivery Specialist, you can expect to earn an estimated salary of $65,000 - $70,000 + Super, based on award rates. This is a permanent full-time role with a 3-month trial period, offering consistent and stable work with flexibility. You will deliver across Townsville and be home every night, with full training and development provided. There is also opportunity for career progression into senior positions, including options for overtime to increase earnings. Immediate start is available for the right candidate.
