Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead the Estimating function within Contracting Support Services
- Drive performance to deliver financial and process results to the Knauf Linings business
- Develop and implement processes to optimize resource output and flow of information
- Manage end-to-end estimating activities to ensure on-time completion with high accuracy
- Measure and report daily KPI performances through effective communication and visual management
- Previous experience managing a team, preferably in estimating operations
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Developed presentation and people skills
- Advanced computer skills and high attention to detail
