This role is responsible for leading the Contracting Support Services function within Knauf Linings, reporting to the National Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving performance, and developing internal teams to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the Estimating function within Contracting Support Services
  • Drive performance to deliver financial and process results to the Knauf Linings business
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize resource output and flow of information
  • Manage end-to-end estimating activities to ensure on-time completion with high accuracy
  • Measure and report daily KPI performances through effective communication and visual management
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience managing a team, preferably in estimating operations
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Developed presentation and people skills
  • Advanced computer skills and high attention to detail
