About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support Coordinator to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide administrative support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Process and track client requests, including timesheets, expenses, and holiday tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including contract reviews and performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of maintenance visits and work orders.
  • Support the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and performance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work outside core office hours from time to time.
