Job Title:

Senior Payroll Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for all aspects of employee payment in the Australasia region, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of employee details, payroll systems, and personnel files.
  • Labor costing, on-cost processing, reporting requirements, and payment summaries.
  • Compilation of employee payment summaries at year-end, including preparation, reconciliation, and distribution via the ATO portal.
  • Supporting team members with pay run checking, reports, and calculations as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of high-volume end-to-end payroll processing experience within a multisite business with complex allowances and contractual requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of Chris21 and computerized payroll systems.
  • Previous experience with rostering and timekeeping systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full and valid working rights in Australia.
