Job Title: Senior Payroll Administrator
About the RoleThe role of a Senior Payroll Administrator involves providing end-to-end payroll services to staff, ensuring timely and efficient pay runs. You will be working closely with the Payroll Manager to deliver this critical function.
About the TeamOur team completes weekly pay runs for 5,000 employees, requiring meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standard of service delivery.
About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced payroll professional who is confident in their ability to handle payroll processes, including Super, Tax, PAYG, Workers Compensation, Terminations, and Legislation. Your previous experience with ADP and Kronos is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end payroll services to staff, ensuring timely and efficient pay runs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and payment information
- Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll and employment
