
Mentorship Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead our OSHC services in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
- Work closely with the Area Manager to support the needs of the region and step up into that Area Manager role when required.
- Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools.
- Be the face of the organization and create positive relationships within the school community.
- Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
- Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
- A valid Working with Children's Check in the relevant state.
- A willingness to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
- A National Criminal History Check.
