Custom Cabinet Maker Wanted

We are seeking an experienced cabinet maker to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers excellent career growth potential and generous remuneration for the right individual.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and assemble custom cabinets to the highest standards in our factory.
  • Read, interpret, and work from detailed technical drawings and plans.
  • Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently (including CNC machines, edge banders, and related equipment).
  • Ensure all projects meet quality specifications and strict deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace.
  • From time to time, work onsite (including extended periods if required), which may include site measuring and installation support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cabinet maker, ideally within the joinery industry.
  • Certificate III or IV in Cabinet Making (or equivalent).
  • Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Proficiency with a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A positive, can-do attitude is essential and highly valued.
