Job Title: Principal Client Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Client Architect to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our Managed Services Delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex transition and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in pre-sales engagement for service design consultancy

• Review commercial proposals and Statements of Work to ensure alignment with NTT Managed Services delivery capabilities

• Develop service takeover strategies and identify current service issues with incumbent providers

• Define service aspects to be gathered during due diligence and determine knowledge transfer strategies

• Ensure customer expectations are met and aligned with NTT Managed Services delivery capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• ITIL certifications

• Relevant industry/technical certifications

• Extended demonstrated experience in a similar position

• Experience in Hosting and Managed Service Business, Public Cloud, and/or PCI compliance environments

• Experience in managing key accounts
