About the Role
  • Lead, develop, and implement process optimisation and improvement strategies across various business units.

  • Ensure data quality and integrity forms a cornerstone and foundation of reporting and leading the development of dashboards and reports across various functional areas, facilitating informed decision-making across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with various teams, management, and stakeholders to enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of data analytics solutions deployed in the organisation.
  • Provide strategic analytical support through data consolidation and analysis to deliver data-driven recommendations and business-critical solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Skilled at promoting a cohesive team environment with the ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
  • Experience with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering
  • Experience in the financial and banking sectors
